Single Arm Phase II Study of Avutometinib (VS-6766) and Defactinib in Advanced or Recurrent Mesonephric Gynecologic Cancer

Inclusion Criteria: * Female patients ≥ 18 years of age * Histologic confirmation of Gynecologic Mesonephric or Mesonephric-like cancer (GMC).
