Major inclusion criteria for enrollment are history of VVS or symptomatic bradyarrhythmia, age \< 60 years, and evaluation by a physician and discussion about potential candidacy for radiofrequency cardioneuroablation or permanent pacemaker implantation for medically refractory symptoms.
