Inclusion Criteria: * Individuals with a confirmed diagnosis of Diaphragmatic Paralysis. * Individuals who are scheduled to undergo phrenic nerve reconstructive surgery for the treatment of Diaphragmatic Paralysis. Exclusion Criteria: \- Individuals who do not comprehend the English language.
