Inclusion Criteria: 1. be able to read and understand English 2. scheduled for a surgery or procedure that will result in the removal of human tissue. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Pregnant 2. unable to provide an informed consent 3. unable to understand or read in English 4. minors (ages under 18) 5. prisoners
