Description
Primary Objective To establish a longitudinal cohort integrating bone marrow imaging with clinical and treatment-related data. Primary Endpoint Successful enrollment of eligible participants and collection of relevant imaging and clinical data. Secondary Objective * Characterize bone marrow imaging findings across relevant patient populations. * Evaluate relationships between imaging findings, treatment exposures, hematologic recovery, treatment-related toxicities, and clinical outcomes. * Assess longitudinal changes in bone marrow imaging findings over time and following cancer therapy.…

Inclusion Criteria * Diagnosis of a hematologic, oncologic, or other condition relevant to the study. * Availability of clinical, imaging, laboratory, treatment, and/or outcome data relevant to the study. * Ability to provide informed consent for prospective participation or, for pediatric participants, parent/legal guardian permission with assent when applicable. * Participants undergoing research MRI must be eligible for MRI according to institutional safety requirements.
