Pilot Proof of Concept Study of miRNA and Protein Signatures in Exosomes From Blood and Cystic Fluid in Patients Undergoing Surgery for Worrisome Pancreatic Cysts

Summary
The goal of this study is to collect biospecimens (blood and cystic fluid) and data from participants who have a pancreatic cyst that requires surgical resection. The blood and fluid samples will be analyzed for research into DNA, RNA, and proteins.

Inclusion Criteria: * Voluntarily agree to participate by giving written informed consent prior to any study-specific procedures. * Subject at least 18 years of age and able to provide consent. Subject is willing and able to comply with requirements of the protocol. * Radiologically documented cyst of the pancreas for which surgical removal is clinically indicated. * Patient will be undergoing a surgical resection of their pancreatic cystic neoplasm.
