Henry Ford Health System
Summary
The purpose of this research is test if combination of physical tests and blood tests drawn before SCTCT can predict NRM.

Detailed criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * patients \>18 year old planned for SCTCT Exclusion Criteria: * Pregnancy, prisoners , Patients with a serious medical or psychiatric illness likely to interfere with participation in this clinical study
Interventions

Pre SCTCT as per SOC physical function assessment will be performed in a form of IADl, hand grip, and or walk test like TUG. Specimen Collection Studies: LDH , albumin, ferritin, CRP, platelet and creatinine will be collected as per standard of care pre SCTCT. The non-SOC procedure will be drawing CXL9
