The purpose of this study is to learn more about how adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer patients, their parents and caregivers (referred to as a carebuddy in this study), and their healthcare providers think about and communicate around vaping and tobacco use. A Community Advisory Board that is made up of AYA patients, parents/caregivers, and healthcare providers, is helping to guide the study. The board will review the materials, give feedback, help the study team understand the findings, and provides input to make sure the study is appropriate and practical for participants.
