This trial tests how well giving enfortumab vedotin works for the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer that does not respond to treatment with radioiodine (refractory), anaplastic thyroid cancer, medullary thyroid cancer or NUT carcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Enfortumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, enfortumab, linked to an anticancer drug called vedotin. It works by helping the immune system to slow or stop the growth of cancer cells. Enfortumab attaches to a protein called nectin-4 on cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. It is a type of antibody-drug conjugate.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: I. Assess efficacy of treatment with enfortumab vedotin (EV) in radioactive iodine refractory (RAIR) differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC), anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC), medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) and Nuclear Protein in Testis (NUT) carcinoma (NC) patients by evaluating the proportion of patients alive and without progression at 6 months. SECONDARY OBJECTIVES: I. Assess efficacy of treatment with enfortumab vedotin (EV) in RAIR DTC, ATC, MTC and NC patients by evaluating the objective response rate (ORR) by imaging. II. Assess efficacy of treatment with enfortumab v…
