Bioligent
This is a single-group, open-label, uncontrolled clinical trial designed to evaluate the effects of Adrenal Adapt, a commercially available dietary supplement, on sleep quality, daytime energy, stress resilience, and cognitive performance over a 12-week intervention period in 40 healthy adults aged 18-60.
Inclusion criteria: * Adults aged 18-60 years at the time of enrollment. * Experiencing difficulty with at least two of the following: sleep quality (including difficulty falling asleep, nighttime awakenings, or unrefreshing sleep), daytime fatigue or low energy, and/or subjective feelings of elevated stress. * Generally healthy - does not live with any uncontrolled chronic disease that would interfere with study participation or confound study outcomes. * If currently taking medications, supplements, or herbal remedies targeting sleep, stress, or energy, willing to maintain that routine unch…
All enrolled participants take 1 capsule of Adrenal Adapt three times daily (once in the morning with the first meal of the day, once in the afternoon with the midday meal, and once in the evening with the evening meal), not to exceed 3 capsules per day, for 12 weeks.
