To create a database of clinical information, participant /disease characteristics, and treatment history collected from patients with Sickle Cell Disease.
Primary Objective To collect comprehensive data from patients who are being treated at UT Physicians and UT MDACC for sickle cell disease.
Inclusion Criteria 1. Participants 18 years of age and older diagnosed with Sickle Cell Disease. 2. Participants treated at UT Physicians Sickle Center Cancer Center 3. Participants treated at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center Exclusion Criteria None
Data will be extracted from the electronic medical record system at UT Physicians and UT MDACC.
