To learn if the combination of golcadomide, obinutuzumab, glofitamab, and polatuzumab vedotin in LBCL participants can help to control the disease.
Primary Objectives * To evaluate safety of G2P as treatment for participants with newly diagnosed LBCL * To determine the overall response rate and complete response rate of G2P in p participants with newly diagnosed LBCL
Eligibility Criteria Participants must meet the following criteria for study entry: * Age ≥18 years * Histologically diagnosed * Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (NOS) or * High grade B-cell lymphoma (NOS or MYC and BCL2 rearrangements) o Transformed indolent lymphomas are eligible * Ann Arbor stage II bulky (maximum dimension ≥7.5cm), III or IV * International Prognostic Index score ≥2 * Participants must have bi-dimensional measurable disease, as defined as radiographically apparent disease with the longest dimension of ≥1.5cm * Performance status ≤2 on the ECOG…
